Why its a good idea to have a salt bath?

Firstly having a bath or foot spa is such a wonderful gift to honour yourself with especially in todays hectic juggling of life.

I recommend using sea salt, Himalayan salt and epsom salts and not to be confused with the iodine salt (table salt) you can get.

The Salts all have different minerals and properties that support you body in a natural way such as epsom salts have magnesium in them.

Sea salt is known to have 21 minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulphur, zinc, calcium.

Any Himalayan to have 84 minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and iron.

 

 

Aroma bath salt crystals help sooth joint & muscle pains, aids sleep, draws out impurities from the skin, stimulates circulation, balances your ph levels, nourishing the body from the outside in by absorbing the minerals and the essential oils. All this and the added luxury to have some quite you time!

On an energetic level all the days stresses and energies that you have collected throughout the day is able to be dispelled and neutralised from your aura which supports your overall wellbeing.

 

I whole heartedly recommend having regular salt baths and personally I have 3-4 a week. Below I have described what I do when its my bath time.
